Generous tax credits are available for innovative businesses operating in Louisiana, and an overview of the state’s innovation incentives will be provided from 10:30 a.m. to noon Wednesday, Oct. 28 at Louisiana Tech’s Technology Transfer Center at 8028 Shrevepark Drive.

Louisiana offers numerous tax credits to encourage and support investments in technology commercialization, research and development, digital media production, machinery, equipment, and innovative business enterprises. Business owners, investors, advisers and economic development professionals can attend this Incentive to Innovate seminar. By attending, participants will obtain information and improve their understanding of these programs so they can optimize the financial rewards for their business interests.
