Rural Development Center - provides outreach and training to the public on rural development issues, encourages and assists researchers at Louisiana Tech University to both develop and collaborate in projects that will benefit rural communities, assists in the development of proposals, connects faculty and staff to rural community partners, and provides technical assistance to projects.
